Our Policy

Inch's Saddlery has now been trading for over 25 years. During that time it has always been the policy to make available the finest range of products, which represent QUALITY and VALUE FOR MONEY.

Inch's Saddlery will only charge your order once the goods are dispatched to you. Inch's do not take payment in advance.

Goods that do not meet your requirement must be returned within 14 days and in a marketable condition. Depending on your choice, they can either be exchanged or refunded.

Just A Little About What Is Stocked In Each Shop

We have a full range of most things in both shops, but if you are after Show Coats, Tail Coats, Leather Boots and Top Hats they are all kept at Hannington.
If you are after Ariat Boots and Chaps then that is kept at Calcutts.
We can always move things from shop to shop if it is easier to get to one or other but we do need at least 48 hours notice.
