Making A Purchase

Making a Purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Electron, Solo, Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone or though our secure website when purchasing online.

 

Shipping And Handling

Shipping And Handling /Postage and Packing is applied to all orders as standard. UK post will be sent by 1st class mail or recorded courier. If when shipping your delivery cost is more than stated when placing your order we reserve the right to charge the difference. You will be notified with the option to proceed before your order is shipped.

Shipping and Handling charges are shown when you place your order at the Checkout. You can then select which postal delivery method you prefer. The final shipping cost will then be amended accordingly.

World Wide shipping will be sent via Air Mail. Charges are calculated and shown when you go to the Checkout.

 

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are normally made within 2/4 days (UK), depending on your method of payment. We undertake to inform you should there be any delay in dispatching your order. Returns postage is the responsibilty of the customer.

 

Back Orders

If your items are not in stock, we will back order them for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait at which point your card will not be charged.

 

Tax Charges

All prices include the current UK rate of Value Added Tax at 20%.

Tax charges for orders made from and delivered to the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.

All other orders are VAT free. For non UK and EEC orders the VAT will be automatically deducted from your total payment.

 

Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted during checkout using 128 bit encryption and are kept in accordance with the Data and Protection Act 1988.

 

Marketing

We store customers address and contact details in our database for repeat order and marketing pusposes. If you would prefer not to be contacted for marketing purposes please email us with your request to info@inchs.com

Customers details are not shared with any third parties.

 

Guarantee & Returns

Goods are supplied to you on unconditional approval. If they do not meet with your requirement, we will undertake to replace the item or refund the cost (less any postage incured in the original order and return). Returned goods must be unsoiled and unused, and in a resalable condition with original packaging in good condition. Goods will not be refunded if not returned and received by us within 7 days of purchase. We strongly suggest a Certificate of Posting is obtained as this allows us to claim should the goods be lost or damaged in transit.
