Return for Refund

For all returns please do not forget to include your proof of purchase, Name, telephone number and reason for return.

Faulty Items: Most items come with a one year warranty. If you are returning items due to fault, please contact us and we can email you a free post returns label at no cost to yourself. If you do not contact us before returning a faulty item then unfortunately we will only be able to reimburse you for your own cost of postage to the maximumn value of £5.00. We know dealing with a faulty item can be an annoying inconvinience for you, so please be assured that our team are hear to help you and always aim to resolve issues as quickly and easily as we can. Often the judgement of faulty items lies with the supplier/manufacturer, so time must be allowed for there assessment and report so that we can then move forward and resolve the issue.

General Returns

You may return your item for refund within 30 days of purchase. The item should be in perfect condition and complete with the original packaging. Please see Returns Procedure for details on sending your item back to Inch's Saddlery. Any refunds made will be done using the original payment method.

Personalised and Special order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.

We always aim to complete all refunds as quickly as possible however please allow a maximum of 30 working days for your refund to be completed from the date of return, to allow for the item to arrive back to us by post, to be inspected fully to ensure the item fits the returns criteria and is eligible for refund and to be authorised by a managerial member of staff. Please note that when returning an item for exchange or refund (unless the item is faulty) you will be responsible for the cost of postage of the item(s) back to us and also, in the case of exchanges, payment of a standard delivery charge of £4.95 will be required to send you your replacement item(s). 

Hygiene Regulations (Important)
Due to Health and Safety regulations plus the potential hygiene issues associated with the inspection and handling of Footwear and Horse Clothing, we are unable to handle and inspect any items returned to us unless they are clean and dry (Health and Safety Act 1974).

Please note we also cannot except returns of underwear due to health and hygeine laws. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Exchange an item

If you wish to exchange your item for another item from our range, different size fitting or other reason, you can do so within 14 days of receipt of the item. The item should be in perfect condition and complete with the original packaging. Please see Returns Procedure for details on sending your item back to Inch's.

On receipt of your item for exchange, your replacement item will be despatched back to you, the timescale for which will be dependent on available stock.

Please note that personalised and ‘Special Order' items cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.

Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please return this item to Inch's as soon as possible with a completed returns form. If the item becomes defective due to a fault you can also contact us to obtain appropriate return information.

Returns Procedure

We hope you are pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition and return it to us within 14 days. The item should be in perfect condition and complete with the original packaging. We will be happy to exchange the item if you wish or refund you the original price paid. This does not affect your statutory rights.

  • Package up the item with its original packaging. Always protect the item with outer packaging, either the box/bag we sent the item to you in, or an alternative (a bin bag or carrier bag is better than no bag)
  • Please do not stick anything to the item or its packaging that may cause damage to the product or its packaging that could affect re-sale. (If an item is damaged to the point where it is not re-saleable we may not be able to accept it back fro refund)
  • Complete a returns note to us stating your name, order number and telephone number, and ensure you state whether you would like a refund or an exchange and on which item(s). 
  • Print and complete the returns form, which can be found here ensuring you state whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
  • Ensure you enclose the returns note in your packaged item for return. 
  • Send the item back to Inch's Saddlery by a method arranged by you. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting.

Guarantee

Certain products are guaranteed for 12 months with a manufacturers guarantee, valid from the date of receipt and providing they are used in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations (fair wear and tear). If you have any questions regarding the guarantee, please contact us. In the event of any dispute or uncertainty about the validity of the item for replacement or refund under the guarantee, Inch's Saddlery reserve the right to return the item to the manufacturer for their own assessment and feedback.
